Reservation Instructions
- Call the Rosen Centre Hotel Reservations Department at 1-800-204-7234
- Tell them you wish to book with the InterVarsity Staff Conference pre/post block and use reference number: 101281.
- The email address you use to make your personal reservation must be your @intervarsity.org email to match your registration for Staff Conference 20 (SC20). This will help us keep you in the same room the entire time.
You may reserve rooms for your friends and family at our hotel, the Rosen Centre, at our discounted conference rate of:
$119.00/night (plus tax)*
This rate is based on double occupancy, and applies to December 26, 2019 - January 1, 2020, January 6-8, 2020, and beyond, as long as rooms are available.**
Reservations are based on availability, so the sooner you book, the better.
Do not attempt to book your SC20 room. Our SC20 Operations Team will reconcile your conference reservations with any additional bookings you make before you arrive in Orlando.
*The rate with tax comes to $135.21/night.
**We encourage you to take advantage of our conference rate at Rosen Centre if you want to stay and play in Orlando before or after SC20, but feel free to book at another hotel.
