What will my housing options be?
All SC20 attendees will be housed at the Rosen Centre Hotel. Our primary room block consists of double-bedded rooms with two adult attendees assigned per room based on the rooming process listed below.
If you would like to have a single king room, you may request this during online registration. Rooms are limited and based on availability, and if you are approved to receive a single room, you will be charged for half of the room cost ($119 plus tax) per night. This amount ($59.50 plus tax) will be charged to your staff account following SC20.
Who will I be rooming with?
All SC20 attendees will be housed in the Rosen Centre Hotel. If you would like to room with a particular person, you may indicate your roommate request when you register initially, by logging back into your registration and updating your preference, or by sending an email to staffconference@intervarsity.org, all no later than November 15, 2019. Roommate requests that are mutual will be honored first. Non-mutual requests will not be guaranteed. If you have someone in mind that you wish to room with, we recommend you speak with them prior to registering and submitting your request.
For those who have no roommate preference, we will do our best to match you with someone from your region or department, who has indicated similar sleeping habits on their registration.
REMINDER: Those attending a pre-conference or post-conference meeting should choose a roommate who is also attending the same meeting as you. You will room together for the duration of your time at the hotel. If you have a special housing issue or question, please email staffconference@intervarsity.org.
